  • Stress and how you're managing it
  • Self-reported emotional wellbeing

Not therapy or mental-health treatment. If you're in crisis in Canada, call or text 9-8-8, 24/7.

Our method

How every result is checked

The same four rules guide every LabWise AI report.

1

The lab's own reference range

Each result is compared with the range printed on the report it came from, not a generic table.

2

Like with like over time

Different units or methods between labs are flagged, not silently mixed.

3

Uncertainty stated openly

Missing dates, lab changes, borderline values: anything that limits what the data can tell you is written down.

4

No diagnosis, ever

We describe what the data shows. Interpretation for your health stays with your doctor.

Why it matters

Lab results are harder to read than they look

From MedlinePlus, the U.S. National Library of Medicine's patient information service:

"Because labs often use different testing methods, they often use different reference ranges to describe normal results."

MedlinePlus · How to Understand Your Lab Results

"It's common for healthy people to sometimes have results outside the reference range."

MedlinePlus · How to Understand Your Lab Results

"Some people with health problems can have results that are considered 'normal.'"

MedlinePlus · How to Understand Your Lab Results

That's why LabWise AI compares each result with its own lab's range, flags changes between labs, and leaves the medical conclusions to your doctor.

FAQs

Good questions

Is this a medical diagnosis?

No. LabWise provides data analysis and informational reporting. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. The report is designed to support a conversation with your doctor.

Who analyses my results?

LabWise AI. It explains your markers, reference ranges, trends and uncertainties, and drafts questions for your doctor. AI can make mistakes, so always review the report with your doctor.

What do I need to have?

Copies of the blood-test reports you want explained. The exact types of report supported are confirmed during the consultation.

Is the wellness guidance therapy?

No. It's a guided look at lifestyle, goals, stress and how you feel, based on what you choose to share. It is not therapy, counselling or mental-health treatment. If you're in crisis in Canada, call or text 9-8-8 at any time.

Do I send my results through the website?

No. Please don't put any health information in the contact form. Results are only shared after the scope is agreed, using a method arranged directly with you.

What will I receive?

A written report with a summary, your markers with their reference ranges and trends, the uncertainties, and questions for your doctor, like the sample at the top of this page.

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

Both are confirmed in writing at the scoping step, before any work begins.
